Mega cryptocurrency expo in Dubai to host a mega-conference next month

Dubai will host a grand event that is being cited as the largest crypto-event to date. According to a press release, the CED2021: Crypto Expo Dubai is set to host above 3,000 delegates from October 13 – October 14. The event is focusing on prompting discussions around the growth of crypto in Africa and the Middle East countries.

According to a research report by Chainalysys, the crypto market of Africa flourished by 1,200% making up for a whopping Rs. 775 crores ($105.6 billion) between July 2020 and June 2021. In the Middle East, Bahrain, Turkey and UAE have extended their crypto-spaces as well.

Considering Dubai ‘progressive’ regarding experimenting with cryptos, the committee organizing expo said that the event will add ‘value’ to the crypto space globally as well as regionally.

According to the official website of the expo, fintech and crypto players including CoinSwap, ZebPay, CryptoBiz and PallaPay among others make for over 40 sponsors who have invested in this largest event. Also, over 40 industry professionals in the crypto space have been solicited to partake in seminars, discussions and question-answer rounds about blockchain technology and crypto.

The event will be aimed at the future of cryptos, decentralized technology and the hype around digital artworks known as NFTs and non-fungible tokens.

About 30 crypto firms partaking in the expo will also be sharing the stage at Dubai’s Conrad Hotel to make some announcements for the upcoming time.

This is the first event aimed at crypto being hosted in Dubai.
